Jacobs provide a lot of benefits such as health, car schemes, cycle schemes, discounts, healthcare, etc etc. Deinitely this is very handy. In addition to this, the company is very much people orientated. That means that if you need to work irregular hours for your kids, or because of a health condition, there is little to no obstacles to request this flexible working.

In water, jobs promotions seem to be slow. The company also does not have a "fun" feel to it. While it does invest in a summer party, or xmas do, which is.. ok, there does not seem to be extra activities for each office, although I understand this could be a bit of an unrealistic ask.
