The decent values on paper stay on paper unless you have a good direct team. Business leadership is weak, and within the UK barely visible. Pressure on billability is high with no accessible pot for business development or personal growth. Internal politics, specifically at operations management level hinders agility and growth. Incredibly silo'd business. There are so many opportunities to knit together capabilities and offer a better service. Except the leadership are too weak/ lacklustre to drive meaningful change.
