Good compensation, descendent benefits (401k). Health benefits lacking for such a large company. My wife and I carry our own health insurance and pay less for the same coverage.

Pay is good as long as you have work. If there is no work the "unwritten rule" is to go home and use your vacation time. If you charge to much time on General time (Nothing to do) then you will be asked to kindly leave.
