      Good employee benefits. You can escalate in the organization as much as you are willing to.

      The company has too many unnecessary processes that could be improved in order to make interactions so much more efficient. The processes are not properly defined for each area. The work/ life balance is not the best in many areas, including purchasing.

      Good for a building resume, can learn a lot from the server manufacturing industry.

      Supervisors will not allow anyone to sit down and work on the production floor, timesheet clock in and clock outs are very strict, to the minute. Communication between shifts is horrible.
