Can’t think of any at this moment, maybe they provide better miscellaneous allowance compared to other EMS.

Heavy workload but no OT allowance, no salary increment with the reason of pandemic, worst business unit that keep pushing the employees for output but ignoring the capacity and manpower availability, imbalance worklife, impacting health, etc….
