Pros

Relaxed culture, fair pay and benefits- ( competitive with industry standards). Relaxed dress code.

Kontras

No structure from Leadership on down. Constant change with excuses of growing too quickly. Many people are exempt from work ethic because of who they know. Little accountability from Directors and Sr Leaders. Little or no training into the organization other than a 1/2 day orientation. Communication breakdown from Sr. Leadership on down and not much employee recognition other than Friday bagels. Do not let the beer/ wine Fridays fool you, there is much to desired here and management needs to look at themselves first. Lots of favoritism within departments with directors not held accountable for solid training plan after hiring.

Pros

Good for a building resume, can learn a lot from the server manufacturing industry.

Kontras

Supervisors will not allow anyone to sit down and work on the production floor, timesheet clock in and clock outs are very strict, to the minute. Communication between shifts is horrible.
