Pros

- Looks good on your CV due to market leading software and Microsoft partnership. - Lots of cakes, sweets and free lunches once a month.

Kontras

- The company is only concerned with the bottom line and is willing to sacrifice employee and customer satisfaction for that. - Management drive "customer satisfaction" as the main goal but have no idea themselves how to achieve that. - Supposedly follow ITIL principles but offer no ITIL training or qualifications. - Very little external training. - No development prospects, once you're in a role then the only way out of it is to leave the company. - Offer job vacancies internally as a box-ticking exercise, they only hire from outside. - The product is being developed to cater to their biggest customer and creating bugs and problems for all other customers. - Taking on a lot of new business but refuse to expand to support this growth. - Will find any small excuse to fire you if they don't like you.
