Pros

Great benefits, but the unlimited PTO is misleading

Kontras

The culture is exclusive, not inclusive. Consistent unrealistic work expectations are the norm and office politics are unmanageable. Staff turnover is exceptionally high and if you decide to accept an offer have a backup plan. Management will seem charming in the interview, but soon after starting it will become evident this place is completely out-of-touch with reality.

Just like any other CPA firm, work hours can get hectic during busy season.

Small team so you are able to be more hands on during the engagement

Kontras

Small firm can cause team to spread you too thin and have hands in too many projects (stress, no WLB, etc.)
