Stressful and disrespecful place to work - Management bei JL Audio: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Real poor Management. No planning, No training, lack of support from Operations mgmgnt, but highly demanding. The whole company is separated and harash environment, jelousy galore and Managers are always looking crucify or to stab your back. You must cover your job and other 3 more in only 4 days/ week (not a benefit). There are nationality Mobs supported by mngmt. HR has no voice over abuses from Top mngrs, and only see one side of the coin.
