Pros

None at all. There are no pro's to this organization - it stopped being what it was originally designed for a long time ago and the man that started JIMHO allowed his son to take over, the problems began when that happened. It is not the wonderful place that everyone thinks it is.

Kontras

Supervisor is still allowed to work after striking an employee and then forcing that employee out due to fear of being sued.

Pros

Lack dress code, meeting Characters of Life, creating bonds with Members and Staff, excellent training opportunities, and INTERACT AND ASSIST ADULTS WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES as a CPSS.

Kontras

Required to work Thanksgiving and Christmas day, only closed 1 day per year, no health insurance, overworked, underpaid, little input taken seriously, not much time for "self care", ...no raises or Holiday pay/ bonuses, ...no promotions, and little recognition for hard work from the executives or the Board.
