very fast paced, if you aren't delivering then its bad. When you have 1-1 with the team lead of the project, they will say that you are doing well and that the client enjoys your work. Next thing you know, you are being removed from the team for something small that the client did not like. So you do not know what to correct because you aren't being made aware the moment it happens nor during your 1-1 with your team lead.
