Pros
IMO the people are what make or break your day to day work experience, and I can honestly say that I love working with everyone here at Iterative Scopes. Of course, there are tough conversations or tense interactions at time -- turns out when you are trying to achieve something innovative and bold that things can occasionally get stressful ;) -- but, I admire the resilience and ability to pull together as a team during times like this rather than dissolving into divisive behaviors. Other pros: you get to work with incredibly hard working, most ambitious folks who both hold theirselves accountable and help hold you accountable to doing your best. Plus: if the company is successful in achieving its goals, your day to day has been spent on helping deliver technology that will improve patient's outcomes and the work experience of doctors, nurses and other folks in the clinical space.
Kontras
There are ambitious goals and if you are a high achiever you will often feel like you haven't "checked everything off your list" -- there is always more to do, and it is important to find the balance between what needs to get done today vs what can be done tomorrow vs what just won't get done until some distant time in the future when bandwidth frees up.
