Pros
Good culture and work-life balance
Kontras
Recent layoffs took place and now we are on the low side of resources
Pros
Supportive and collaborative team environment. Friendly coworkers who are willing to help. Good work-life balance and flexible scheduling. Clear new vision aligned with the AI era. Strong investment in AI-driven capabilities and modernization. Leadership is focused on adapting to evolving customer and market needs.
Kontras
Some processes are still evolving as the company modernizes. Cross-team communication could be more consistent during periods of change. Career paths and internal processes could be more clearly defined. Customers increasingly expect strategic marketing guidance, but the organization is not always structured to support that need; Clearer separation of responsibilities is needed, with dedicated marketing strategy expertise distinct from Customer Success and technical roles focused on execution and alignment
Pros
There is a tremendous amount of talent at Iterable. The people are smart, they care, they word hard and tirelessly, and they constantly try to find a way to be successful. Often, you even feel joy when with your colleagues because they are truly good humans that believe in the trajectory of the organization.
Kontras
If the product is not differentiated, then a company-wide strategy should be instituted on how to land business. If profitability is the most important, then there will not be any land grab opportunities. When your entire company is at a awards dinner and your new CEO stands on stage and cusses you out for not being in seat and you are still not hitting OTE targets, why would you want to stay? The culture is floundering. The product is not moving fast enough to compete. The finance team won't allow creative deal structures. And the culture is not worth the pressure and lack of ability to be successful.
