Pros

Non-factory workers get their own office, not a lot in the way of processes to follow. Top managment makes decisions very quickly.

Kontras

Management not willing to consider new practices if they go against tradition. Weak middle-management. No teamwork evident - everyone is expected to be an expert in everything. Compensation was ok, but benefits were poor compared to other companies. Long waiting times for benefits to become available to new employees. Top managment can be trigger happy with employees. There is a very strong atmosphere of fear evident.

Strong focus on product quality. Company has been investing in systems and infrastructure to grow. Brand is very well known and respected in the markets it completes in.

Kontras

Preparation for growth has stretched current resources, however investments have been made and structure is in place for growth. Need better focus on new product development.
