Many employees don't make it past a few months due to leaving or getting fired. - Recent layoffs impacted well-performing staff and contradicted earlier stated financial stability and long runway claims. - The company expects high dedication and effort but seems to treat employment as harshly transactional and as long is it fits their objective current bottom line, offering minimal loyalty or stability in exchange. You are not a long-term investment unless you're one of the more longstanding employees (maybe). - Most people are relieved when they leave, regardless of how it happens.
