Pros

Smart people, it’s too bad so many are leaving Innovative product and product leaders Strong engineering and product teams Overall caring and flexible culture (was better pre covid)

Kontras

Leadership that makes hasty selfish uneducated decisions The decision to segment accounts unfairly and disproportionately No ownership when it comes to bad decision making Lots of coverup for high departmental turnover by making comments about how successful hiring was, when in fact, it’s backfilling people who left Hiring poor middle management with track of turnover, with limited promotion from within Compensation isn’t even worth considering a job here for. Not competitive at all Low amount of career pathing here Employees will be stuck under director and SVP level and will always hit a ceiling

Pros

’ve been fortunate to work at several great companies throughout my career, but Invoca has the strongest culture I’ve experienced. The people genuinely care about one another’s success, and there is a level of collaboration and partnership across teams that is rare to find. What stands out most is the leadership team. They don’t just talk about supporting employees—they actively invest time, energy, and resources into helping individuals and teams grow. Whether it’s removing obstacles, providing coaching, encouraging innovation, or creating opportunities for development, leadership consistently shows up as true partners. From a business perspective, it’s an incredibly exciting time to be here. Invoca has continued to expand its AI-powered product portfolio in meaningful ways that solve real customer challenges. The pace of innovation is impressive, and it’s energizing to work for a company that is embracing AI not as a buzzword, but as a core part of its strategy and customer value. The company also does an excellent job of aligning teams around common goals while still empowering people to take ownership and make an impact. There is a strong sense that everyone is rowing in the same direction and helping one another succeed.

Kontras

Like any fast-growing company, priorities can evolve quickly as we continue to innovate and respond to market opportunities. That can create occasional change and ambiguity and to some that can be overwhelming, but leadership is generally transparent about the reasons behind decisions and works hard to keep teams aligned.
