I had the displeasure of watching multiple people being bullied through "circumstantial" work flows created by mid level managers as a form of punishment for you not falling in line or doing as you are told and always disguised as best for the customer. You will be supported at face value and is heavily dependant on how much you carry your manager. Please do not work here, your wellbeing is worth so much more than a baseline award pay check that you need to feel rewarded about receiving.
