Shocking Experience - Business Analyst bei Invimatic: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Here comes the big list: Was asked to perform roles and responsibilities of Product Owner when I was from an Non IT background. Was never given any formal training for even a week but was asked from very first day to conduct Scrum calls, Meetings, interact with Testers, Developers and what not. Was not even explained about my roles and responsibilities as Business Analyst properly but was asked to come up with ideas to execute block chain technology. I've never worked on it. How stupid this sounds!!! From second day itself was asked to answer client queries with no understanding in project. When I asked how should I understand it they send an pdf to me and said read it and you'll know it. Not given idea about breaks and was kept hanging till late evenings.
