The engagements are interesting and high profile. The exposure to senior clients is unmatched. The blend of analysis and creativity was great. The team is very, very tight knit, supportive and SMART! The partners really are trying to create a consulting firm that operates differently, treating the staff as unique individuals rather than “resources”.

If you are not interested in their niche, you might get frustrated by the lack of diversity in client engagements. The partners are very nice but also can be very disorganized.
