Tenure started well with a great manager and a good leadership team who cared about their employees and upskilling them or bringing new grads to encourage them to grow well. However once the new CEO came in, it seems many of the core values seemed to no longer matter. They removed many employees purely to reduce operational costs without hiring others to replace the headcount.
