Unprofessional management and toxic environment Don't expect any support from your management, they just do politics and don't care about you, the company and the job Don't expect to meet a lot of smart people in the business, they mostly just expect you to crawl in front of them and tell them that the impossible is possible Heavy and inefficient process, on the paper it looks standard to big companies process but it is applied as if they were running a bakery Overall, Henley has, by far, the worst results at yearly employees surveys, a lot of people are not happy there and try hard to move to another company
