Dancing, singing, mimicry have taken place of academics. These are curricular activities for this so-called university. Teahers are retrenched for not dancing in front of students. Girl students are made to dance with boy students to the tunes of vulgar songs just for the sake of entertainment of chancellor and his family members.

Meagre salaries, insult in front of students, irrational fines, undue torture of students, courses not approved by UGC, students and teachers are made to campaign for chancellor in elections, salaries not paid on time, no increment for years, no remuneration for copy checking, invigilation, paper setting etc. University is established adjacent to a solid waste management plant which is a big health hazard for students, teachers and other employees.
