Friendly coworkers, meals occasionally for those lucky enough to work in the office.
Kontras
No remote benefits or reimbursements. They kept firing middle management to cover upper leadership's mistakes. I have personally witnessed them responding falsely on RFPs and signing questionable deals (mostly friends of the CEO) in desperate attempts to book revenue. I just couldn't handle it anymore and left when I found a new job.
