As company , they have excellent benefits for employees Plenty of training to gain the knowledge

Manager are not approachable. You are not expected to ping other team manager for guidance or suggestions even though they are in same unit. All communication to happen either emp-emp, manager to manager. You are expected to take help from your own team mates not more than 15min . Ideal expectations not to seek. But they proudly say to feel free to reach out for any help in meeting No encouragement on open conversations People centric - you will not get support if you are off track ,low performed. you have to extraordinary individuals and independent, people will please you truly centric Integrity lacks with team leads and management. ProMotion requires review from other team folks, if you won’t assigned with high visibility work, you are doomed. Principal engineer are not open , they expect team to blindly follow them technically and personally (if they don’t take off for bank work and you do , then you are looked as specimen if opt a leave )

Great place to work and grow your career. When you take self initiative, the opportunity to grow is in abundance.

There are no cons. If there is any gaps in expectations, you will have an opportunity to learn and grow.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Kontras

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
