Pros

Great benefits, pays well including bonuses and RSUs and as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for"; so as an employee, be prepared to work in a stressful and fast paced environment, although sometimes I wonder if its really worth it as it feels like it takes years off of your life. You get to work on latest technologies and has lot to scope to learn from hard-working and talented coworkers. Company has formal time allocated for learning and advancing your skillset, which's great. They also encourage moving around teams within Intuit, which's awesome so you can try various teams although your lateral moves are affected by location. Eg: In head quarters or other main locations, you've lot of opportunities but not so much if you're in a satellite office. Great 401k match.

Kontras

Your experience varies depending on the location and team. As with any company, your work gets lot of visibility if you're in headquarters or key locations and promotions are a lot more easier to obtain. If you work in satellite offices, be prepared to work hard and it takes a lot more work to get promoted and gain visibility. This can be demotivating to some employees as it affects their work-life balance.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Kontras

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
