Senior management doesn't have a clue how to run a business let alone a $50m/year boat company. Sales staff have to pay for their own assistants. Production can't hold schedule, so layoff's come around every 4-6 months for 2-3 weeks. You can forget about getting a raise... But don't pay attention to the new truck the bosses get every other year.
