Terrible micromanaging, right from the top CEO wants to be involved in everything and doesn't trust anyone to share anything No company annual bonus Pathetic to no increment Culture of rewarding people who manage upwards and ignoring hard workers Inconsistent practices on all aspects. Manager can approve something and senior management can veto later Poor leadership from business, always asking us to do more but never giving us tools, training and time..we don't even have company laptops and software. Have to bring own laptop and subject to audit. Have to download software or buy out of own pocket. No progression opportunities unless you are in good shoes of management

- No Pros, only Good coworkers (not the leaders)

1. The culture feels very hierarchical, and it creates a gap between management and staff. 2. Many decisions seem to benefit management more than employees, with little consideration for staff wellbeing. 3. Even small mistakes can lead to warning letters, which feels excessive and discouraging rather than helpful. 4. There’s a noticeable lack of empathy from leadership, which affects morale over time. 5. Internal communication can be unprofessional at times, negative perceptions about staff or teams are shared across departments, which creates misunderstandings and unfair judgments
