Feedback around planning, documentation, transparency, and how we navigate change, especially during challenging business moments, is important and taken seriously. To be clear, the company did not conduct “huge layoffs 4-5 years ago.” In fact, the entire senior leadership team took pay reductions when Covid first hit to avoid having to reduce staff. That said, we understand how perceptions around job security and messaging can impact trust, and we take that seriously. We continue to focus on being transparent, thoughtful, and consistent in how leaders communicate and how decisions are made, especially during periods of change.
