-Believes in continuing education, and will pay for classes to help employees grow and keep up with the industry. -Internal team is dedicated, passionate, and hardworking. Lots of opportunities for team building. -There are opportunities for growth IF you are "in" with upper management.

-Sneaky with vacation days. When I started I signed on for 13 PTO days a year. Upper management decided to change it to 3 PTO days. It was a struggle with HR to get back the remaining days. -HR has a habit of taking away holidays. (This was a COVID policy.) -Internal team: a little cliquey.
