      I don't found any pros working here

      I had a regrettable experience working at this company. Not only Promise CTC and in hand is Very different but they also provided a less-than-ideal working environment. Communication with management was poor, and it seemed like they didn't care about their employees' well-being. I would strongly advise potential candidates to exercise caution when considering a job offer from this company.

      Great place to work with an incredibly supportive and collaborative engineering team. Management gives you the autonomy to take ownership of your projects, which accelerates your technical growth.

      Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines during major deployment cycles, which can occasionally require extra hours to push features across the finish line.
