      Pros

      I didn't feel I was an outsider from day 1. Seniors were supportive and approachable from the beginning. I get appreciation for my work when I do well.

      Kontras

      I felt I could learn more by integrating with other teams. That aspect is slightly missing in the company. More interactions need to happen between teams. Otherwise, everything is good.
