1. Very bad and stressful, non supportive environment. Stressful as hell, not because of the work itself but due to manager's pushing attitude.
2. Management is careless, no concern about human resources employees, technical recruiters, they are leaving every month.
3. For every small issue, new policy and processes are coming in and forced employees to follow it badly. Many of the processes are very time consuming, but they don't care. Your time will get wasted in multiple internal calls and reports everyday with managers.
4. Female managers are very horrible. Managers are creating very toxic and negative work environment for every small issue and everyone from top to down are coming on the call and wasting everyone's time. Manager's don’t listen and interrupt you every single time when you speak.
5. Given all this, one may observe quite a lot of micro-management in the company.
6. Need to improve upon the ethics and professionalism. Too Much and it is not encourage to join.
