Can't get anywhere without running into workplace politics. The place is subjugated by corporate. Managers have no power, corporate does not commit to any real changes or respond to feedback. Low pay. Company regularly thanks employees for record profits but doesn't reward them in the slightest. Little to non existent training. Work is overpromised to clients, leading to some employees overloaded with work and responsibilities beyond their role, while others slack off. Poor management and upper management completely detached from the concerns of lower level employees.
