The work pace is grueling. No advancement after nearly 5 years. Demotions are more common than promotions. Management does not care about growing their workers, just uses them up and spits them out. Employees are nice, but burned out from the pace. Moral is, on the whole, abysmal. Tattling is common between a select few workers and management, making for a environment where trust is not present.
