Total disregard for driver pay per hours worked. Averaging £7-8 per hour. You have to stay out for very long hours to earn the same as anyone on the national living wage. Poor planning and drivers are reliant on the planners to have a decent pay for time spent out. No change to fees in years, while decent companies have increased pay for increased cost of living this company has only increased the new driver incentive to try and replace those who move on to better paid work.
