Pros

Salary is decent and there is a bonus if you last a full year. Benefits are good but be aware of the vacation policy, 3 wks of vacation sounds great but that's only if you're given the opportunity to use it and if you can really disconnect for the time off.

Kontras

Micro-manage is taken to a whole new level here, you can not even change a color in a spreadsheet because the reviewer just doesn't like change. Your work is reviewed by 2-3 people who nitpick on things that don't even add any value to the content. Training is minimal and if you ask questions it's a sign of weakness. People in "managerial" roles (not upper management) are on some kind of power trip, they like to abuse their title and position to put the fear in you. People are nice to your face but talk behind your back; phony smiles. The interview process is brutal, it could take up to 4-5 weeks plus a personality test and assessment. If you do get called for an interview, be sure to ask how many times the role has had turnover in the past 2 years. No one has lasted in my role for more than 6 months.

Decent pay and benefits. Work/life balance.

Kontras

Micromanaging. Management team has no idea what they are doing with their program. Adds pointless homework to feel good about themselves instead of letting us do our jobs. On top of that, lots of top down pressure, most likely due to private equity management up top.
