Open door policy which means you can walk to the CEO or President office and talk to them freely and they are willing to listen to ideas, complains and whatever you willing to talk about.

It is a company that wants you to work, not to sleep and do nothing like many other places so if you are looking to sleep at job then it is not your place to come.
