Nepotism is rampant, staff is treated poorly and are under appreciated. Zero recognition or attempts to engage teams. No opportunities for growth (unless of course you are a relative of senior management). Raises and promotions are generously handed out to senior managers while the producers are told there is not enough funding for salary increases (but staff are continually reassured that business is booming and that covid had no impact). No bonus or incentives (even before the pandemic). Secret behind-the-scenes conversations and decisions happen without any input from employees. In a borderline militant style, employees are made to feel stupid when sharing any ideas or feedback. Extremely disorganized and mismanaged. The most toxic, harmful work environment I have ever been in.
