Small company that doesn’t put employees first - Lab Technician bei Intermountain Nutrition: Mitarbeiterbewertung

This place is exciting and growing! New additions to the building each year, new customers being brought on all of the time and there's no stopping this rocket ship! Awesome management that promotes from within. Commuting to Payson is great as the traffic is non-existent south of Provo.

They only give out one new company shirt per year. I wish it were more as the shirts are super comfy!

Not much to compliment at this point

There are absolutely no followed processes. The processes are there but nobody follows them. It’s so chaotic. Drive by the parking lot. There’s piles and piles of garbage and ruined product everywhere. They pay crappy employees huge raises to stay on board and let the good ones go without a fight. Turnover is insane. It’s hard to have anything to work towards because they treat everyone as if they’re replaceable. Processes are broken from start to finish. The owners are so exhausted with the growth and the crazy environment that they can’t even care anymore. All they care about is getting product out the door. They don’t care about the quality and they don’t care about the employee that it took to get it there. The main sales guys bully employees to get what they want and management let’s them. They’re running employees off by the handfuls and running the company into the ground and nobody will stop them cause they’re related to the owners.
