Board and executive leadership has set ambitious expectations for the company. Mission, vision, values as well as history are inspiring.
Kontras
Executive Leadership is trying to force too much change at once, pursuing too many priorities, not valuing candid feedback and struggling to be consistent. Cuts are happening without consistent efforts to “separate the wheat from the chaff.” This is understood by employees and sadly employees are becoming less engaged and fearful. Employee buy in is at a low and values are not being upheld. “A” players are now leaving the company. As a customer of healthcare at Intermountain I am now experiencing the low morale effecting service.
