Unfair progression, no baseline for responsibilities, uneven increases, horrible scheduling, team culture is toxic, no follow up with inappropriate work behaviors (I.e. Harassment, bigotry, racism, sexual orientation, etc), favoritism, high emphasis on degrees but don't pay you what you're worth when you have one.
