IIG is a quickly growing company with above average pay, strong retirement benefits and a culture that supports work/life balance. The management team does genuinely care for it's employees and is always seeking out ways to retain their talent. The company has embraced the work from home movement and has utilized this as a means to grow the business and hire top talent. However, the office environment is fun and the team is a wonderful mixture of experience and youth. Everyone has a voice at IIG, and if you apply yourself, you will go somewhere. IIG offers a safe harbor match, profit sharing and cash balance plan to all eligible employees, as well as the full suite of health insurance benefits. The retirement package is really second to none in my experience. Would recommend IIG to anyone!
