Pros

- Colleagues are outwardly friendly. - Free department lunches once a month. - Lots of free/discounted Interform-branded merchandise. - Casual Fridays.

Kontras

- Employees are overworked, under paid, and under benefitted. - Diversity and inclusivity practically non-existent; perceptible anti-LGBTQ+ mindset among much of the company. - Unrealistic expectation for completed jobs per day; constant exhaustion quickly lead to deterioration of mental health (not included in health insurance). - The work itself was tedious, systematic, and discouraged creative-thinking. - Salary barely covered living expenses; NO additional bonuses or compensation (including annual bonus). - No sick leave, requiring use of (already extremely limited) vacation days. - Standard healthcare benefits did not include SO's or children; 10x the cost for plan that additionally covered just spouse. - CEO publicly claimed Covid a hoax and employees were encouraged to come in even when showing symptoms of sickness. I was forced to cancel a long-anticipated vacation because manager came in sick. - No Covid protection provided even at height of pandemic, leading to several company outbreaks within a single year and during which the (already overworked) healthy employees were expected to pick up lost ground. - Practically no career advancement opportunities; employees taking on leadership roles typically maintain same job title, pay, and responsibilities. - Unpaid lunches—meaning 9+ hours per day spent away from home for full-time employees.

Pros

Culture. Family. A company that cares about the outcomes of all involved. A place where you can feel comfortable and enjoy the process therein.

Sometimes it's too enjoyable to be there.

Pros

A lot of free swag. The people there are really nice. "Family culture"

Kontras

Stress levels were always really high. Outdated systems, created a lot of manual work. The management team was not willing to adapt and the same old system is still in place.
