      Barely there are any Pros.

      Unrealistic deadlines. People you work for don't have a bit of knowledge in coding. Unrealistic Expectations (They start comparing with companies like Oyo, Internshala, Payt, etc and the list goes on. They pay you really bad. Lack of motivation.
