Pros
One pro that Interface has is that a new-comer or a fresher can learn A LOT about the automotive industry and can broaden their horizons for the same. They can see the working of all departments. See a product getting built from the ground up which includes: Analyzing requirements, Designing component on that requirement (which is done in-house), building software on that hardware and finally release of that product. After a bit of experience they can probably make a decision in which other competitive company they want to move on to because longevitiy in this company is impossible.

1. Project Managers give deadlines to customers which are practically unachievable. Which causes unnecessary work-pressure/work-load and the project is delivered late. 2. Flexible timings are just for name's sake. You have to complete 9:30 hours which is already higher than the industry standards and yet you can see yourself working for 12+ hours 2-3 times per week. Although the company is product-based, you'll feel like it is service-based. 3. Leave policy is horrendous. You will see yourself collecting leaves every month but you wont be able to properly consume them because a 3-day working week is compulsory. 4. No matter which department you work in, it will feel like you're being treated as a production line worker. 5. Office is situated in an industrial area surrounded by factories. Although, the infrastructure of the company itself is good, it gets a little noisy sometimes. Also, the crowd in the locality is not good. 6. A bit of politics can be seen from the old-timers. You can sense that a new-comer is not welcomed. 7. HR department repackages the old policies currently in place and release them as new ones promising betterment, but they somehow manage to make it worse. 8. Appraisal process is dreadfully slow and it takes months if not an entire year (which has happened) to process. 9. Apart from all this, the saving grace which Interface had, was its appraisals. No matter how long they took, they were well above what industry offered. Sadly, that is also not the case now. In addidtion to the awfully slow process, the appraisal being offered is now lower than the industry standards.
