There are unwritten rules about how to behave and who you can speak to, and breaking them carries consequences. New hires are expected to be fully up and running within 1-3 months, which sets people up to fail in an already punishing environment. Work-life balance is poor, with a do-or-die intensity that feels disproportionate for a marketing setting. Career growth is largely an illusion.
