Intercorp is a diversified business conglomerate, which I consider to be an entrepreneurial, energetic, value-driven, grit-driven organization, where experimentation is fomented and the purpose of helping Peru to become a first world country guides decisions.
Kontras
The 30 companies are run with much authonomy and with horizontality. Perhaps leaders need to be trained to become better coaches and the culture twicked to be less of sink-or-swim, especially in the upper positions.
