Company with a great potential. Amazing people, with personalities and real skills. I do recommend IC for Jr profiles as it is a great school where They will learn a lot.

Shame is that InterCloud is not able to keep these talents onboard. In fact, the environment and culture is toxic against creativity, innovation and proactivity. The important people rollout confirms it and prevents the company from finding its balance. People are seen as doers and not placed in the centre of the organisation, where they could bring the most value. The politics, the inability to take decisions and perform short tests cycles make Intercloud a startup with a lot of inertia. Leading to stagnation and scaling problems where the company faces difficulties to answer customers needs. Agility, cultural changes, short cycles methods, decision making… are many work fields were new joiners can bring a lot of value. This environment might not fit to more Sr profiles.
