      Nothing can be considered is the best for this company

      No communication at all Nobody answer calls in this company I got hired and worked few weeks and then they removed my schedule. I have been trying to contact the company and no answer. It been more than two months without schedule! I’m working for another company now and still didn’t hear back from Inter-Con!

      Only pro is being salaried

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
