Rules by culture of fear. Consistently called to be threatened about losing job. Nearly every message to employees is fear based. Once you join you will be consistently basically berated and scared that you will lose your job. Please also notice naby of the positive reviews seem to not be real almost like someone paid them to be written. Who knows your guess.
